Electricians
Triple J Electric Company- 919.467.2319 - Joe Harris (owner) Morrisville. Provided electrical services to Rosewall for the entrance lights, Unit 107 for miscellaneous work, and Unit 102 for new outlets.
Plumbers
Household Plumbing – 919.387.9944 – One man service. Repaired a leak and flushing problem on two toilets at Unit 111. Charged $100. Also installed new hot water heater. Very fast, professional, and reasonably priced.
Cary Plumbing - 919.469.3556 – Installed hot water heater and has done general plumbing at Unit 115. Charges about $70 per hour. Very please with work.
Wall paper hangers
Fonda Parker – Parker Wallpaper – 919.362.8725 – Installed wallpaper in difficult areas at 102 Rosewall; excellent work, fast, neat and reasonably priced.
Brick and Patio Repair
Masonry Concepts, Tom Markulin 919-274-8750, rebuilt 115 rear patio in 2010.
Chimney Repair
Chimney Wizard – 919.362.9260 – Brian - Provided chimney cleaning, repair and caps at 115 Rosewall. Very pleased with price and service.
